What to write about
- A bug or a sound that does not work. Tell us which instrument it is and what happened.
- An instrument or feature you would like. Suggestions are welcome, though we cannot promise to build everything.
- A mistake in an article. Give the page and the sentence, and what you think is correct.
- An accessibility problem. Describe the barrier and the assistive technology you use, if any.
- A privacy question or request. See the privacy policy first, then write with your question.
What to include in a bug report
A good report makes a fix much faster. Please include:
- The address of the page, for example
/piano. - Your device and browser, with versions if you know them, such as Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on Windows.
- What you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Whether it happens every time, and whether other sites with sound work on your device.
Before you write: no sound?
Most sound problems have a simple cause. Browsers keep audio off until you tap, click or press a key on the page, so interact with the instrument first. Then check the page volume slider, your device volume, the tab's mute icon and, on an iPhone, the silent switch on the side. Each instrument page has a troubleshooting section with more steps.
Things we cannot help with
